Fort X to potężna fortyfikacja artyleryjska należąca do Twierdzy Przemyśl, zlokalizowana w pobliżu miejscowości Orzechowce. Ten dwuwałowy fort, wykonany głównie z betonu, muru i ziemi, powstał w latach 1881-1887, a później poddany był modernizacji w latach 1896-1900. Niestety, doznał częściowego zniszczenia w 1915 roku, gdy Twierdza Przemyśl była oblężona po raz drugi. Później, w latach 1920-1930, częściowo rozebrano tę potężną fortyfikację.
