Stara Kopalnia Wałbrzych

Stara Kopalnia w Wałbrzychu to fascynujące miejsce o charakterze muzealnym, usytuowane na obszarze historycznej Kopalni Węgla Kamiennego Julia. Otwarta w 2014 roku jako Stara Kopalnia – Centrum Nauki i Sztuki, znalazła się również na Europejskim Szlaku Dziedzictwa Przemysłowego.

Składają się na nią Muzeum Przemysłu i Techniki, obejmujące liczne obiekty kopalniane, takie jak lampownia, budynek maszyny wyciągowej czy warsztaty mechaniczne. W ramach zwiedzania dostępny jest także fragment XVIII-wiecznej Lisiej sztolni na głębokości 30 metrów.
