Park Lubomirskich w Przemyślu

Zespół pałacowy i folwarczny, znany jako Park Lubomirskich, zlokalizowany w Przemyślu, został wzniesiony w latach 1885–1887 z inicjatywy księcia Hieronima Adama Lubomirskiego. Bakończyce, będące obecnie dzielnicą Przemyśla, były pierwotnie miejscowością o bogatej historii, sięgającej XIV wieku.

W XVIII wieku Bakończyce pełniły funkcję letniej rezydencji starosty przemyskiego. W 1885 roku rozpoczęto budowę imponującego pałacu według projektu Maksymiliana Nitscha, jednak ze względu na brak środków, wnętrze pałacu nigdy nie zostało ukończone. Kompleks obejmował także park o powierzchni siedmiu hektarów z prostokątnym stawem i okrągłą wyspą.

W okresie I wojny światowej pałac uległ częściowemu zniszczeniu podczas pożaru. W czasie II wojny światowej został zajęty przez wojska radzieckie i niemieckie. Po wojnie pełnił różne funkcje, m.in. jako siedziba technikum rolniczego. Od 2006 roku teren pałacu stanowi siedzibę Państwowej Wyższej Szkoły Wschodnioeuropejskiej w Przemyślu.
