Pałac w Dreżewie został zakupiony w 1875 roku przez Eduarda von Bonina. Na frontowej elewacji budynku znajduje się herb rodu von Bonin, wraz z niemiecką sentencją „In der Treue fest” („W wierności mocny”), która była mottem Wittesbachów, dynastii rządzącej Królestwem Bawarii w latach 1805–1918. Pałac pochodzi z drugiej połowy XIX wieku i stanowi część zespołu pałacowego, który obejmuje także park, również założony w tym samym okresie.
